Emerson’s laser shaft alignment solution includes the alignment application for the AMS 2140 Machinery Health Analyzer as well as the AMS 8240 sensALIGN™ high-precision laser shaft alignment fixtures. Together, these pieces comprise a complete alignment system that gets the job done quickly and accurately. Inaccurate alignment of rotating machines is a frequent occurring problem. If machines are precisely aligned during startup and regularly recalibrated operating costs can be lowered immediately.  The service life of the assets and product quality are increased significantly when vibrations are reduced to a minimum.
